Hybrid Contracting Limited: 16 Years Building East Africa's Infrastructure

Since our founding in 2010, Hybrid Contracting Limited has grown from a young Engineering, Procurement and Construction company into a trusted infrastructure partner across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Sixteen years on, we look back at the roads, buildings, and infrastructure that have shaped that journey.

We didn't set out to be the biggest contractor in the region — we set out to be the most reliable one. Sixteen years later, that's still what drives every project we take on.

Over the years our portfolio has grown to include major road upgrades such as the Muyembe–Nakapiripirit Road and the 100km Kyenjojo–Kagadi–Kabwoya Road, drainage and earthworks projects at Bweyogerere Industrial Park and Nyakahita–Ibanda, and building construction from residential homes to commercial sites. Each project has added to the equipment, expertise, and reputation we bring to the next one.
